Extra Low Sodium Vegan Snack

Here is an extra low sodium vegan snack that can help you through the afternoon or morning.
Spread no-salt-added almond butter and jelly on a corn tortilla.  Pop it in the microwave for 15 seconds to soften the tortilla. Fold it in half and enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 corn tortilla (Benita brand Corn Tortillas):  60 Cal / 5 mg Sodium
2 TBS No-Salt Almond Butter (Trader Joe’s brand Creamy Unsalted Almond Butter):  190 Cal / 0 mg Sodium
1 TBS Jam or Jelly (Wegmans Triple Fruits – Strawberry, Plum & Raspberry): 30 Cal / 0 mg Sodium
Total = 280 Cal / 5 mg Sodium
